House Rental

We are Open for Business and taking bookings for 2021, putting aside the Pains of 2020.

As a result of Covid-19, to give our Guests “peace of mind” we have utilised an Enhanced Cleaning Policy before and after every booking.

Whole Property Rental from £2750 (Low Season) for a Friday/Saturday night, and we can offer various options for midweek rentals. This can be group rentals or Corporate/residential away days with catering options.

Cheltenham is the Heart of the Cotswolds, and Longworth Villa is a beautiful house in the Heart of the most perfect Regency Town. Cheltenham Spa Train Station and the centre of Cheltenham 5 minutes walk.

The ideal group size is 16, but it is possible to accommodate up to 18 guests in 8/9 bedrooms, but this must be discussed before the booking is confirmed. We can arrange Silver Service Dining, Spa Treatments, Wine/Champagne tasting, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Go Karting etc.

As mentioned, the property is not a Wild Party House, but for sensible usage there is a large basement Private Bar, 4K UHD and 9’ Screen Projection room, and also a Karaoke System.

Check-in and Check-out Times
Weekend bookings are from 3pm on Friday to Midday on Sunday, or Midday on Monday.
Weekly bookings are for 7 nights with arrival at 3pm on Friday and departure at Midday on the following Friday. Mid week breaks are from 3pm on Monday to Midday on Friday.

Cautionary Deposit
The normal Cautionary Deposit is £750, but £1000 for the Cheltenham Festival week and 1 week bookings. Please see Terms and Conditions for full details of the Cautionary Deposit terms.

Noise Policy
The house is set in private grounds (in a residential street) and we do have neighbours whose needs we very much respect – and who are used to enjoying a peaceful, tranquil environment in this lovely location. We therefore ask all our guests to show consideration to the environment and our neighbours in all matters, and especially with regard to noise. To help ensure everyone’s holiday goes well, we ask you to respect the following noise rules:

  1. After 10pm there is a Strict No Noise Policy!
  2. Please do not set up music systems outside the house.
  3. The Hot Tub and Garden must not be used after 10.00 pm.
  4. Please limit any loud music playing inside the house so it cannot be heard outside.
  5. Please show consideration for our neighbours in the early morning and late evening.
  6. If you are having any deliveries or ordering taxis please ensure they have clear directions.
  7. The vast majority of our guests will of course behave with great consideration to our neighbours and would never intend to offend but observing our noise policy will remove any potential for the harmonious environment to be disturbed.

Welcome to Longworth Villa

It is very important that all guests read this before the stay

Longworth Villa is an Elegant Regency property in a premium residential part of Cheltenham, Guests can enjoy the Sophistication an Elegance of the property and setting!

The property is not a venue for Wild Partying

We really hope you enjoy your stay in Cheltenham and particularly at our Home!

But there are a few considerations whilst staying that allow us to rent out the property:-

SMOKING-  There is strictly No Smoking or Fires and Candles anywhere in the house, This is an absolute NO-NO, and will also set off the whole house fire alarms. POSTERS- We carefully offer group rentals in an Inconspicuous manner for our neighbours, Please no Posters/Baloons on gates or windows, or sellotape/bluetack on walls or woodwork. PETS –Sorry, No pets at all allowed in the property.  EXTRA GUESTS – The booking has been agreed with a specific number of Guests! Absolutely No Extra People stay than previously agreed. NOISE –  The house is set in a residential road with neighbours that we know and who are also our friends, Please be considerate in the Garden and Hot Tub! 

No noise, music or shouting outside, also when coming and going!

HOT TUB –  As above, the Hot Tub and Garden must not be used after 10 pm, this is in consideration of our neighbours- please respect this! No Glass must be used in the Hot Tub (broken glass would be a safety concern and potentially break the Pumps) there are plastic cups in the kitchen that can be used.  Also please shower before using Hot Tub and ensure that jewellery and any small items that can get caught in the Hot Tub Pumps are removed first. Please be careful opening the Lid, it is very heavy and is a 2 person job, Please use Face Towels for removing Make Up.  WHIRLPOOL Bath – It is very important that the Whirlpool is filled above the highest Jet and that the bath level is NOT a lot higher than this, because there is No Overflow on the bath, constantly check the running the water level to make sure it does not overflow!  High Heels – Please do not walk around, because they make holes in the floor.

STEAM ROOM – It is very important that the steam room door is not left open when the steam room is on, and that the maximum temperature that the unit should be run at is 45 degrees, and the steam room should not be left running for more than 2 hours.

When either the Steam Room or Whirlpool is finished with, please turn the wall switches off.

TOWELS – Please use Face, not Bath Towels for removing Make Up. 

When leaving the property, please leave the house Clean and Tidy – Kind Regards

BINS-  There are green wheelie bins on the side of the house for general waste and clear boxes for recyclable waste – please sort into relevant bins. Please ensure that the house has been cleaned prior to vacation, and is left how you found it! all rubbish removed, all crockery cleaned at returned to cupboards. Please do no use Blue tack or sellotape on walls, this causes damage!

WiFi – The Internet Router is BT QJA3TH and the password is –     3CqQ7KiqN9vcCT

PLEASE KEEP BOTH FRONT DOORS CLOSED (Security and Animals)

NOTE – We reserve the right to Immediately Terminate the Booking if there is a Serious Breech of Usage:-  Complaints, Unreasonable Noise or Behaviour etc.
